Layozen (“Layozen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI-powered marketing content platform operated by Playiiit (Pvt) Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you access or use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

This policy applies to all visitors, registered users, and others who interact with the Service. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or otherwise using Layozen, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Account information

• Your name, email address, company name, and profile avatar
• A securely hashed version of your password (we never store passwords in plain text)
• Details about your authentication method - you can sign in with email, Google, or GitHub OAuth

User content

We process the content you create, upload, or store while using the Service, including:

• Prompts, chat conversations, and projects
• Generated images and marketing posts
• Brand vault data, including brand names, logos, color palettes, fonts, tone-of-voice notes, and templates
• Reference files you upload for context, such as images, PDFs, and text files up to 10MB

Credit and payment records

We keep records of credit top-ups and usage, including transaction amounts, dates, invoice URLs, and payment status. Payments are processed by a third-party provider on their hosted checkout page - we never receive or store your card numbers.

• Providing the Service: sending your prompts, brand context, and uploads to AI providers so we can generate images and marketing content for you
• Account management: creating and maintaining your account, authenticating you, and remembering your preferences such as theme settings
• Communications: sending transactional emails such as email verification, password resets, and payment receipts
• Service improvement: understanding how the Service is used, troubleshooting issues, and improving features and reliability
• Security: detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate Layozen:

• OpenAI - Image generation (gpt-image models) and chat model calls used to produce your generated content
• Groq - Fast LLM inference used for prompt engineering and refining generation requests
• Lemon Squeezy - Payment processing via hosted checkout. We never receive your card details.
• Oracle Cloud Object Storage - Secure storage of files you upload and assets you generate
• Google & GitHub - OAuth sign-in, if you choose to authenticate with those providers
• SMTP email delivery provider - Sending verification emails, password resets, and payment receipts

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Layozen, our users, or the public.

Layozen uses only strictly essential cookies and local storage:

• access_token cookie - keeps you signed in. It is secure and SameSite=Lax, and expires after 30 days.
• Display-name and email cookies - used to personalize basic parts of the interface.
• Theme preference in localStorage - remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use any third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

You can delete most of your data yourself at any time from within the Service, including chats, projects, brand vaults, templates, and uploaded files. When you delete an item, it is removed from your workspace.

If you would like to delete your entire account and its associated data, contact us at support@layozen.com and we will process your request. We may retain certain records where required for legitimate purposes such as payment accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure hashing of passwords.

However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use Layozen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us with personal information may contact us at support@layozen.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to object to certain processing. We are committed to helping you exercise these rights wherever you are located.

To make a request, contact us at support@layozen.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
