These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Layozen, an AI-powered marketing content platform operated by Playiiit (Pvt) Ltd (referred to as “Layozen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Layozen in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Layozen. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you sign in through Google or GitHub OAuth, your use of those providers is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
• You must verify your email address before you can fully use the Service.
• Notify us immediately at support@layozen.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Layozen to:

• Create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate or store content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Create malicious content intended to defraud, defame, or harm others
• Upload or store unlawful material of any kind via the file upload feature
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service through automated means other than those we explicitly provide
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Service without our prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

Layozen uses a simple pay-as-you-go credit system:

• $1 = 100 credits. The minimum top-up amount is $2.50.
• Each image generation costs between 5 and 25 credits, depending on the quality tier you select.
• Credits never expire.
• All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy on their hosted checkout. We never receive or store your card details.
• There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal - you only pay when you choose to top up.

Refund requests are handled case-by-case. If you believe a charge was made in error or you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us at support@layozen.com and we will review your situation. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

Content generated through Layozen is produced by artificial intelligence models. AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, or not match your expectations. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of any generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing generated marketing materials before using them, and for how you use them in your business, campaigns, and communications.

• You grant us the right to process the prompts, uploads, and brand data you submit in order to generate outputs for you.
• You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to, any content you upload, and you remain responsible for that content.

The Layozen name, brand, platform code, design, interface, and all related intellectual property are owned by Playiiit (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform itself without our written permission.

As between you and Layozen, you retain ownership of the content you upload, and, to the extent permitted by law and subject to these Terms, you own the outputs generated for you from your own inputs.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law.

You may stop using Layozen at any time. If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to withhold remaining credits. For questions about credits after termination, contact support@layozen.com.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Availability of the Service may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, or factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Playiiit (Pvt) Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
